BREAKING - Maricopa County Board of Supervisors will not comply with the subpoena issued by the Arizona state legislature.

This isn't going to end well for them.

They have not cooperated since Day 1.

And have put up every road block.

Even used intimidation.

And now, out of panic and desperation, they insult and try to discredit the audit team.

Universal Citation: AZ Rev Stat § 41-1153 (2015)

41-1153. Disobedience of subpoena as legislative contempt
A. If a witness neglects or refuses to obey a legislative subpoena, or, appearing, neglects or refuses to testify, the senate or the house may, by resolution entered in the journal, commit him for contempt.
B. A witness neglecting or refusing to attend in obedience to a subpoena may be arrested by the sergeant-at-arms and brought before the senate or house upon authority of a copy of the resolution signed by the president or speaker, and countersigned by the secretary or chief clerk.

MOST LIKELY SCENARIO:

> The "contempt" vote will most likely not pass because of RINO Paul Boyer.

> Karen Fann will then most likely hand off to AG Brnovich who, in turn, will be able to seize equipment unilaterally.

so that moving forward he can use the one which fits his bs/narrative of the day.

I have asked him a dozen times at least to define EXACTLY WHAT HE MEANS when he uses the terms "Trumps Return," and he has refused to commit himself

for the simple reason that once he commits himself to a SPECIFIC meaning, he cannot change it later to sat he meant to say something else, such as he laughably

tried to re: July 4th when he stated after the fact that he did not mean that "return" equated with "reinstatement."

It goes without saying that he has NEVER admitted that his July 4th prediction as being a a "day to be remembered for centuries" didn't "quite" come true

with no explanation.

On the other hand this type of modus operandi is really nothing new and has been in effect since he started this thread seventeen months ago.

I almost forgot.

Here is my daily reminder to fpp/sbd and others that the entity still has not responded to this question, and I will continue

to ask him this until I get a DEFINITIVE, CLEAR AND COMMITTED Response:

Unfortunately fpp/sbd doesn't realize that the volume of repeated lies bullshit, and more predictions contained in the post to which I am referring we have

heard a zillion times before doesn't increase the probabilities that any or all of what he predicts will come true, but in fact simply shows

how desperate he is at this point and makes him look even more of a crackpot than he already is.

I have marked this post and will bring it forward after the Maricopa Results are released.

It goes without saying that when and not if he tries to move he goal posts again and says as he does here the usual line of bullshit that "nothing can stop
