First, by sharing someone else's post it doesn't mean I endorse him or anyone for that matter.

I simply pointed to the TRUTH of his statements.

Next, you point to "debarred" as if it's significant to the credibility of the information he is sharing.

Perhaps you are confusing "debarred" with "DISbarred".

Debarred means he can't participate in any federally-funded health care benefit programs and has nothing to do with his medical license or practice.

In fact, he is currently licensed to practice medicine in Missouri and Iowa, and as a part of his plea agreement in the case he agreed to a lifetime exclusion from participation in any federally-funded health care benefit program.

This sounds more serious than it is.

Many cases like his happen all the time.

The case was over a publication he co-authored and published and the funding connected to that publication.

And in this case, the publication was co-authored by Gordon Harrington who died in 2015 which was before the FDA 'debarred' him.

Fleming filled all requests made by the FDA with the allotted time frames, which included retracting the publication, and was shocked to later find out he was 'debarred'.

Regardless, the guy is still well regarded and his statements I posted are 100% true!
