All mail-in ballots are required to be inserted in the Cover Envelope, and go thru the MAIL or via a Drop Box.

In order to do that they must be FOLDED before being inserted in the required cover envelope.

ALL FOLDED printed material leaves a kinetic footprint mark on the paper itself and that kinetic mark can be scanned.

The forth and most significant reason is the election is OVER, the RESULTS ARE FINAL, it will not be overturned.
