In theory, YES, but in reality not until the Military is done cleaning up the mess which could take until March or so.
The mess includes proof of election fraud, proof of crimes against humanity (trafficking, etc.) cleaning up the Dem cities that were destroyed and, of course, the presentation of the arrests and Military trials.
Once the Military is done they will officially hand the reigns back over to Trump and his NEW Administration which will look more like a "Council" and NOT President as we know it.
This will be the first of many new systems implemented over the next 3+ years.
During this time it may look like we don't have a President but in reality we do.
