It is not going to happen in the SC, they do not want to get involved in overturning an election. Do not know what they are going to do with this as of now, they have not let anyone know yet. They may hear evidence, they may not want to get involved, may listen to arguments, etc.
I doubt they are going to overturn anything, that I am pretty sure of.
Feel that they will tell the states to handle it. These state legislatures I doubt will be changing their electors being sent.
They do not have the balls, want to keep status quo, afraid what may happen to them and their families if they do change electors.
So that only leaves one avenue left and don't think Trump will be doing that one

SC and legislatures should think about the people that got cheated in the election. Some of those individuals could be more dangerous than whoever else they might be afraid of...

The SC will probably not hear this case, they will more likely punt. I very much doubt they want to get involved in this, think they feel it is to political for them.
The state legislatures have some that are strong and want to do something like change electors. Feel there are far to many weak politicians in these legislatures who do not want to do something like that even if their election was a fraud election. They are afraid of what could happen to them and their families from BLM/Antifa for one.
