What I continue to find astounding in the posts with several folks in here is that they continue to place the emphasis on Trump's

ability to capture the nomination at the expense of the only alleged possible challenger Ron DeSantis.

This type of thinking is shallow and convoluted for at least several reasons:

1) It totally ignores and blocks out the possibility that Trump won't even be able to run in 2024 because of the massive

legal problems he has.

2) To simply state that the Trump of 2021 can and will be viewed and perceived overall as the Trump of 2016 is just simply too stupid and

moronic for words for too many obvious reasons to cite.

It is like saying that a baseball player who led the league with a .340 batting average in 2016 but who has since then has been

injured multiple times and whose overall production has fallen off badly since that time is a strong contender to make a comeback

this season and win the batting title in 2023 because he or one of his fans says so!!

3) Along the same lines it is just naive to think that there are no other well-qualified candidates out there who sense #1 and #2

and can't wait to get on that stage together either individually and/or combined to pummel him!!

4) Last, the focus of some folks on his getting the nomination as the prize rather than his ability to win the BIG PRIZE as

POTUS tells me that these folks need to face the reality of the fact that the Republican Party does not elect the POTUS,

but rather the AMERICAN PUBLIC.

This is a big reason that lots of head honchos of the Democratic Party woud love to see Trump get the nomination,

because in their opinion, whether it is Biden or someone else, Trump will get trampled ofr better TRUMPLED!! lol
