ot-Philosophical advice:

Imo the older you are, the more it applies.

Anyways for a second think about all of the troubling things going on in the world not just politically and related to Covid

but in general and how important and relevant they seem to be now and why.

Then reflect back on your life where they were other troubling events and circumstances going on and their importance,

relevance and concern at the moment.

Then ask yourself honestly in looking back today, whether they were really all that important relative to your own life and

for that matter any standard by which you choose to judge.

I can obviously speak only for myself but as a senior person, I can honestly say in retrospect that most events from

the past which seemed so important to me at that particular time and place in my existence were really not all that important

and relevant to my overall happiness and success in life as it exists today!!

By no means does that mean that I am not concerned about what is happening in the world today and its possible

repercussions, nor should you, because using the past as a guide is not a guarantee that it will reflect future results!!

I do think though that thinking alone the lines I suggest if it applies to yourself at the very least put things in perspective and perhaps

ease the pain of what seems troubling and concerning today!!
