I don't think having all the fraud exposed to the American people is a sufficient enough of a reason to not just put the hammer down now if they could.. So have serious doubts that happened.. In my mind , the server would have been seized long before it apparently was if a sting took place.

Again, POTUS wants to avoid this avenue because the risk of Civil War would be higher and the casualties and damage to the country would be greater.
