I was never a fan of Dick Cheney when he was VP mostly for the simple reason that IMO he was tied to the interests of big
business.
That said, what he did today was exemplary in calling the shots the way he sees it at this juncture, speaking
as a human being with a sense of right and wrong rather than as a member of a Political Party.
In short for me what occurred on January 6th of 2021 transcends one's political philosophy and what one's personal opinions are as to
what needs to be done in the way of legislation to advance the cause of the country.
On the contrary, Cheney and any sane, intelligent and objective person realizes that the country and the populace
got to where it is today by having high morals and principles, sticking by them and certainly NOT by
storming and breaking into the Capitol Building and with the sole intent of trying to overthrow the results
of the Presidential Election because Trump didn't win.
Doing what they did as a collective group to try to do what they did is totally revolting, disgusting and an abomination
in its own right, but being incited to do so and being led by the person who was defeated (Trump), makes it way beyond the adjectives

all I can say is God I hope Liz does run for POTUS and gets the nomination.
This lady is intelligent, rational, objective down-to-earth, level-headed andacts and speaks in a manner that is respectful
and human-like (unlike Trump), is experienced, and for me is just the kind of person needed who has the proper values
to restore the GOP to the greatness it once had before Trump came along!!

She is anathema to Trump and his rose-colored blinkers cult members because she represents the high standards on which
the Republican Party was founded.
She may not be popular in Wyoming but she is and will be with even minded folks across the country as they listen to her speak

Representative Raskin on the Democratic side is another terrific candidate who IMO should run for POTUS!!
