But this is a result of the federal investigation that started last October into the Governor mandates that resulted in veteran home and nursing home covid deaths. The nursing home investigation is still going and the settlement will will be much larger.
These investigations have also been happening in 5 other Dem states including Pennsylvania, Michigan, California.
