Who doesn't like James Carville?

He speaks the truth.

The truth shall set you free.

ot-It looks like it might be a pretty tame day in the stock market as inflation data while not good, came in

pretty much in line with expectations.

That said, Fridays are in general tricky because they are either week;y options expirations of monthly operations which occur

on every third Friday of the month, meaning there is usually more than the usual amount of volatility.

The real fireworks occur on Triple Witching that occurs four times a year.

I have a hunch that the next one of these days, which occurs next Friday, might be particularly volatile because of end of the year selling

to offset tax gains, which has already started as well as the fact that investing firms will be adjusting their portfolios in anticpation

of the coming new year.

Here is a link for those who want more information on this matter:

Blue states lead rise in COVID hospitalizations despite harsh pandemic restrictions

Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, Illinois, and Indiana are the top six states for increased COVID-19 hospitalizations, together accounting for about 60% of new beds added over the past month.

Those Ron DeSantis hit pieces seem to have disappeared once again .

IT'S FRIDAY......

Another day for savage1 and his libtard friends to post gibberish and links from fake news networks, fake polls and fake fact-checkers.

Another day to prove to the viewers of this thread just how delusional, brainwashed and mind-controlled they are.

For the rest of us, it's our daily dose of free comedy.

The hits keep coming for Amtrak Joe !

Amtrak’s president told Congress on Thursday that some train service would likely need to be scaled back temporarily due to around 5% of its workforce remaining unvaccinated.

Stephen Gardner wrote in written testimony he didn’t anticipate having an adequate amount of employees to meet the Biden administration’s Jan. 4 federal coronavirus vaccination deadline, necessitating service reductions, according to the Wall Street Journal.

With this news this morning "dumb" has also hit a new low.

Between savage1, wilbur and habsburger, does it get any dumber?
As a person who has actively been investing for well over fifty years and following it even longer, I have seen the good, bad and the ugly

not only with the twists and turns of the market but in life itself.

When it comes to the market, I have learned to follow the advice of my late dad, who at one time had close to an eight-digit

net worth at one time.

He amassed it by thinking long-term and not worrying that much about the everyday noise and distractions.

If one is mostly a short-term trader, yeah then I can understand being a bit more concerned.

I will continue to use my dad's approach to the market and life itself!!
