Whomp whomp whomp !

File this bullshit next to Trump is a Russian asset .

Simple yes/no question that doesn't involve any hemming and hawing.

In your opinion in all of the various ongoing investigations, did Jack Smth find/ document anything done by Trump which

you believe Trump should not have done at all and if so what, or do you believe Trump is 100# clean as a whistle and

100% of all Jack Smith's material is irrelevant, not criminal in any way and/or 199% political persecution??

Remember I said 100%.

I don’t see anything documented that reaches the threshold of conviction . Especially criminalizing free speech .

But he has no chance of escaping conviction in a cesspool of a jury pool in DC where the district votes 95% Democrat .

It will be appealed all the way to the Supreme Court if needed IMO .

Ok then-fine.

Let's rephrase the question:

Do you think Trump or for that matter that if you could go back in a time machine say yo a few months before the 2020 Election

and change or do anything differently between then and now that he should or would if he could and if so what??

ps This is not intended as any kind of a trick question, and I pass judgment on it no matter how you answer!!

I am strictly trying to understand your train of thought as well as what you think Trump's should or would be,

Unanimously, like all the other "Deranged Jack Smith" cases.

This is last gasp by the Deep State.

After 2024, the DS is FINISHED...''obliterated"

I’ll mention one broad thing without getting into specifics since we’ve moved off criminal actions to morally incorrect or however you want to phrase it .

He needed to spend less time retweeting some questionable stuff on Twitter IMO .

Thanks!

My own response would be to not partake in at least some of the things he did that engendered the investigations in

the first place and/or at the very least do them in such a way whereby there would be no real grounds to bring attention

to them and hence no investigations.

Obviously for lots of reasons this is oversimplified and theoretical, and there would be so many other matters to consider,

but that to me this is the quick answer that comes to mind.

What if a would-be convenience store robber goes to the cashier and tells her that he has a gun but doesn't reveal it and

tells her to give him all of the money in the drawer or else but then for some reason gets stage fright and flees the scene before

getting any money.

He is then apprehended by police.

Should he be let go because he didn't carry through on his threat and because to arrest him would be in violation of the First

Amendment??

Serious responses only please.

Using the threat of force and having the teller believe so is a crime .
Are you trying to compare it to something in the latest indictment ?

Yes, I am because in essence, the robber didn't get any money and just changed his mind!

Using the literal and broad interpretation of the First Amendment, where and what is the crime, and why?

If you say he should be arrested(and I believe he should because of his intent), imo one can make the argument

that Trump, Eastman, etc. can and should be indicted because of their intent, and that it does not fit the

definition of free speech.

As is the case with the would-be robber, imo the intent of Trump, Eastman, et al goes way beyond the interpretation

os free speech and should be and will be interpreted as it applies to Trump during the trial and would be also

to Eastman, et al if they were targets!!

If what Eastman did by advising the President of the Electoral Count Act and the role the VP had was so blatantly illegal why did Congress pass the Electoral Reform Act ?

Bringing up once again that document called the Constitution that the Supreme Court just may have to make a decision based on .

And as I mentioned , this case has all the makings of it landing in the highest Court in the nation .

One more thing about Eastman . In his memo he clearly stated that if the electors found Biden to still be the winner after a review , they would certify Biden the winner . Something he states nobody seems to want to mention .

A real smoking gun as proof to trying to overturn the election .

Imagine that . 561 years prison time so far for the President’s number one opponent (not to mention an ex President) in the upcoming election and we haven’t even gotten to Fanny from Fulton yet . The kind of stuff dictators would be proud of .

Now you know why the power hungry corrupt scumbags on the left unleashed every dirty trick in the book to keep Kavanaugh off the bench by having another c**t make up a fake rape story and are now targeting Thomas and even Alito .

Ok-Johnny Most if you say so!!

Talk about grandstanding, auditioning or whatever you want to call it to be Trump's running mate for 2020 or more likely

for the 2028 election as a candidate for POTUS and/or a future year.

Kari has already shown her own "competency" in her own appeals over her loss for Governor in Arizona and is now trying to

become "even a bigger hit, household name and rising star" by strutting her stuff as the above link shows!! lol

She’s doing her best James Clyburn impersonation . Remember the plan after panic set in with Bernie winning the first two primaries .
