As I see it, it is just a matter of time after Trump's team knows exactly what they have in their arsenal if they choose to go to court.
Imo with the January 6th Investigation alone, the evidence is going to be so overwhelming that Trump's lawyers
are going to tell him bluntly that he has no chance and to either agree to some kind of a plea bargain that forbids him to run for POTUS
or ever again because if he does not, he is headed to jail for a yet to be determined sentence!!
At that time, Trump will agree with them, and go on tv and the media and say that he is dropping out
because Jack Smith and the corrupt legal system have taken away his legal rights, that he has not done anything wrong
and that it is all rigged against him!!
I won' predict when this will happen but suffice it to say and most importantly that he will NOT be the nominee for the Republican
Party on the ballot on Election Day 2024 no matter when it occurs!!

Once this one goes to discovery, there are only 2 outcomes:
1. Trump will have the opportunity to lay out all the election fraud evidence and prove that all of his statements were true, or
2. they throw the case out (which they don't want to do).
They think this is a win.
But they have now backed themselves into a corner.
