For me the fact that Dershowitz predicted that Trump is going to be convicted prior to the Election and then reversed after

the election is an implication that by his wording, means that he expects Trump to lose the Election because of the conviction(s),

but once the goal has been achieved of Trump losing if he is the nominee, at that point it won't matter much if the conviction(s)

is/are reversed because the election results have been finalized!!
