it would take 5 hours to ancel everyone of those bets..they way he bet them...
hell, it took him 2 hours just to put them in.......he knew he was trying a scam, had he lost, he would be right here pulling a beantown on us, and people would be defending him then too..

I don't know how wsex's software works on the backend. Perhaps its soo basic, that they would have to manual void every bet and maybe it takes awhile I donno.
Miamiman- This won't happen at my shop for two reasons. First, the software can limit by selection or market and would suspend when it hit it's liability anyways preventing ANY more bets until someone took a look at it. Second, there are POSTED rules re: max payouts by sport no matter what type of bet situation you find yourself in which protects the book and the customer. If a player exceeds this limit somehow(with parlay's or operator error setting liabilities), then everything goes back to the posted limit period win or lose. We state that if you wish to exceed the limits to contact us as we can possibly handle it. We have a policy of email'ing the customer when a bet is going to be rejected or void before the event goes off if possible. If we didnt have his real info we could at least prove we sent an email at a given time to the email on record. Without these two things I don't know how someone could run a book, but then that's just me.

first question for the entire forum.
if this guy had lost and wsex had taken all the 40 dimes, and then the guy came in here, and said basically what wsex is saying now, that the juice never changed, i went over their limits i should be refund.
i bet that not one of you would agree with him, and would call him all sorts of names.
so why would the player have no case in a reverse situation? but in this situation the book does?
and second, i use to play at wsex, and would make multiple bets on the same side, not close to 40k, but for a few thousand, and the line never changed on me, and i never even thought i was dueing something wrong. and all the bets i won were paid to me.
just as the player would have no case in a reversed situation, and would deserve ridicule, for posting that he wanted his money back for the reasons mentioned above. wsex deserves the same treatment for posting and trying to defend this.
