Since I finally hit my first benchmark, I figured I'd fire out an update.

Just under 2 months, -13 lbs to a cool 180 :party:

Nothing more than a couple of trips to the gym a week, healthy doses of Trimspa & Relacore, and cutting back on the eating out for lunch.

180 to 170 probably won't be easy, but that's about the end of the road as far as my goals.

Thanks Hellah-I was shocked, but kinda knew something was funky because all my pants didn't really fit right. It's pretty obvious that it was pure trash weigh (big surprise). I'm going to kick it in the ass & see if I can't hit 175 by New Years.

If I hit the gym 3-4 times a week, I think it's a definite possibility. I'll tell ya one thing-I don't know if it's the Trimspa or the Relacore, but I feel great. Mood, energy, you name it. I've got the energy of an 18 yr old. All I need to do is get to the point where I NEED to go to gym to get my fix. Once you hit that point, you're set-tougher for me to hit that point in a gym than running, but running is not what my knees need right now.

BTW Jarbo, Bud LIGHT.....strictly LIGHT!!! None of the Dreaded Leaded here.

173, but had hit 168.5 Friday (after a few days in Mexico (to hot to eat)).

Actually going to get off my ass & exercise now that it's spring-----)163 by Aug 1.

Took 3-4 weeks off of everything (Been off Tribestan for probably 6).

Considering I only bought Relacore from a "lose 20 in month" personal reference, that has to be a big part of it. Tribestan makes you feel good-especially if you start working out.

I'm going to jump back into the everything this week-I ran & biked today, so the wheels are hot. Better run with it while the urge is there.

Well, that hasn't happened, but I've been banished from the bike due to a pinched nerve\left hand numbness issue.

169-171 now seems to baseline now....another 10 would be nice (The gut needs some work, but I've also been banished from sit ups).

Getting old sucks-trying to do the right thing & having walls thrown in front of me).

Me and you we are going to conquer vegas and accomplish some rediculous things with these women.

I was 201 about 6 weeks ago and hit 188 today. The soup diet works! And I get hardly any excercise. I'm sure I face a risk of gaining it back but whatever.

I can do this....I just spent too much time on my fat ass after jacking my knee up in Feb this year. Now I NEED to do it or else be an out of shape POS come ski season-which is SOON.

I can easily drink a gallon of ice tea a day....possible more. Time to tweak & hit the gym 4 times a week min.

TT, I know it's common knowlege but F THE GYM. RUN, RUN, RUN Forrest Run.....Aerobic exercise will knock off lbs quicker than any gym routine SPANK GUARANTEED.

TT, can u giev some info about the supplements you use, what they do, how much they cost, etc.

Dsethi, it was just Relacore(came highly recommended), Trimspa and Tribestan.

I really think the Relacore\Trimspa combo is the key. I haven't jumped back on them like I had planned, and haven't gained any weight.

how long were you on them? did they help supress apetite/lose significant weight with or without exercise?

I'd say trimspa does a number on the appetite and maybe metabolism. Relacore is (I think) a hormone blocker.

I did it with light\moderate exercise. I was only on them 4-6 weeks.

I almost forgot-I was also on Tribestan, a testosterone booster, but I'd be surprised if that had much effect on the weight loss.

so trimpsa and relacore....taking them in combination is a good weight-loss deal with some exercise?

Worked awesome for me-but the results always vary between people.

Try them together for 4-6 weeks & see what it's done. If you're a pig, I'd be surprised if you didn't lose 20lbs min.
