Since I finally hit my first benchmark, I figured I'd fire out an update.
Just under 2 months, -13 lbs to a cool 180 arty:
Nothing more than a couple of trips to the gym a week, healthy doses of Trimspa & Relacore, and cutting back on the eating out for lunch.
180 to 170 probably won't be easy, but that's about the end of the road as far as my goals.
