Funny. You guys act like it is not pre- determined. These jackasses play for 2 weeks and it comes down to 5 call or non-calls. Pay them 60K a year so we all will know it to be fixed.

I think it depends on the next 2 games,,, if Indi can steal one to force a 7 game series,,,, and the spurs give a mercy win to OKC and close in 5?? I dont see how the spurs CANT be favored by a smidge,,
I think we are going to have some very tight lines on the series. Especially if SA runs the table on OKC. Which is definitely possible. OKC has only won 2/8 quarters so far in these first two games. One by one and the other by two points. They haven't even been able to win in junk time in the 4th quarter. Not good. But it shows you how efficient SA is playing right now. You better believe the books know it too. But it is still a public perception thing. SA should be favored in every home game. Miami will have the short nod at home.

Spurs are better than last year, and Heat are not. And, if not for one miraculous 3 ptr by Ray Allen, the Spurs would have won last year.

I'll take the Spurs over the Heat... but I'm admittedly a Spurs homer. Lol.

Ray Allen is the all time leader in three point scoring in the NBA, regular and post season, and he took a corner three-as in, shorter than the straight away version-that wasn't really contested(Tony Parker, not unreasonably, wanted no part of fouling one the NBA's all time foul shooters with time running out). So, how exactly was it a "miraculous" 3 pointer?

Unreal...

It's beginning to look as if dirt was thrown on OKC a bit too early, San Antonio better wake the fuck up, and they should thank their lucky stars that Serge missed the first two games....

The Spurs choked the title last year in epic fashion, that was their one and only chance to beat Miami for a ring. Hopefully OKC finishes them off because no one wants to see Miami beat them again.
