This dude is from the Pac 12. Notorious for shitty referees. I don't understand how they have easily the worst quality of referees in the nation. It's been ongoing for years now.

In every sport, especially football, the officials have way too much control over the outcome and often times they flat out determine the winner. It didn't always used to be this way....but it is now and makes sports tough to watch.
