Steelers for 4 units, but hedged with Cardinals -6.5 (+380) for 1 unit. Try my new system out as worked with Florida vs. Oklahoma.
what happens if zona wins by 3...you get screwed...I like the steelers as well

Thats the problem, but expect Cardinals to win by TD. Either Cardinals will play well or Steelers dominate.

Illinois just hits their FT we have a winner.

Especially team that relies on 3 ball just like ND yesterday. Physical team with big guys inside usually always win.

I'm starting to think back on most my halftime bets and the ones that are always successful fit that criteria. If only there was an easy way to find this data I'm sure there's a way you could profit big time off this.

You're right about Pitt 2H, that was EASY yesterday. Also made $$$ on Northern Iowa.

Thing I have learned is never take 2nd half play with team that has big lead. Best plays are big favorites down at halftime, key player injured (Gonzaga vs. St. Mary's), and key player in foul trouble.

Always like taking big favorites down at halftime in the 2nd half.

Completely agree. I have been using that angle for years. I also like going against momentum on 2h over/unders. In other words, if a game total is say, 130, and there are 75-80 points scored in the 1h, I'll hit the under 2h. Same is true if the game is low scoring compared to the game total, I would hit the over.

Still think -7' was way too low of a 2h line in this one. Since Illinois was down by 3, and they were a 12 point fave, I really think the line should have been at least 9. Superior team, playing at home, only having to win by 5 when they are down only 3 is too easy IMO. Then again, Michigan State and Texas both crapped the bed in their 2h's so it doesn't always work.

Penn St. and Kansas St. are alot better than Iowa. Still think Texas covered the 2nd half though.

Always have to look at how first half ended. Especially if team hits a 3 at the buzzer they usually play great in the 2nd half. Couple I remember was UNC vs. Clemson as Ellington hit 3 give them 5 point lead and ended up winning by 20+, Holliday on Washington hit 3 cut UCLA lead to 1 and won easily in 2nd half, and Clemson hit 3 take 3 point lead and won by 15 vs. Georgia Tech.

Agreed. Momentum is big. I've noticed this happens with over/unders a lot too. A lot of games will be very low scoring for say, 17 minutes, then a flurry of points in the last 3. Those game are almost always high scoring in the 2h.

Not that it matters, but Texas didn't cover yesterday. I was on it. They were down 10 and the 2h line was -10. They made a huge run to force OT, so they should have won going away given the momentum they had and since they were at home, but they lost by 4. I was very surprised they couldn't even win the game after the amazing comeback to force OT. Maybe that run just took everything out of them?

When Abrhams went out I knew Texas was done. Had them in ML parlay so they screwed me over too.
