The account is closed as in kept your money and didnt pay you the $4,300 you were owed?
Someone get down there and ******* everyone that has anything to do with this stuff. Ridiculous. If they don't want your business, thats frine but give you your money. Fuck this feeling out complaint forms and all of that. That is flat out major theft.

The customer service people are nice and friendly...the higher ups I have spoken with can be the rudest most arrogant people you would never want to deal with...all I keep getting as a response when asking for specifics are "this is final" and "we don't want to do business with you." Refuse to inform me with any specifics of why they came to this decision....before all this though...they paid super fast...every 3rd day to bitcoin like clockwork.
Ignition confirmed that the player's deposits were all refunded. Due to security reasons, the nature of the infraction cannot be disclosed publicly. The player's business is no longer welcomed at Ignition or Bovada. That's as much as we're able to add. The player can contest the decision through the dispute resolution process listed in the terms of service on Ignition's website.
