The second one of them lays a hand on her is the second I start swinging. If anyone was ever anywhere with their girlfriends, wife, friends, etc and someone put their hands on them and you didn't help.... Then honestly your a bitch and if I was the girl being touched I would want nothing to do with you. What good is a guy if they don't stand up for their girl? Especially if these "thugs" are putting their hands on her. I could understand if you were walking by a group of guys and one of them said something. But there is no way anyone should ever let another person put their hands on your girl. End of story. Man up do what you have to do. If you have to get hit then get hit.
A few years back a GI, was getting his ass beat by another guy who was way bigger than he was, the fight went from a hallway to into a small bathroom, where the smaller guy fell backwards into a tub, the bigger guy was just pounding on his face and chest repeatedly. The smaller guy couldn't get up, and no one could get the guy off of him. The smaller guy pulled out a knife and stabbed him. The guy received numerous stitches for the knife wound. The smaller guy received several years confinement and a BCD, as he was charged with assault with intent to kill. The bigger guy who started the fight even testified on the GI's behalf at the guys court martial that if he didn't stab him, he probably would of killed him, it didn't matter.
Sounds about like something somebody that gets punched in the head for sport might say. It all depends on the situation. If you are outnumbered and dont have a chance to win its better to avoid a situation if possible. Only a dumbass would take a total beatdown if it wasnt completely necessary. I have taught my girl the importance of running for her life and dont look back to see what Im doing. If I have to fight I will, but if she can safely get the hell out of there thats all that really matters to me.
"Perhaps a country invaded by powerful USA military warriors who invade and light up your house."
Dude you're weird.
This has happened to us all in different forms. Suppose the girlfriend is instead, your mother, or your brother, or a treasured friend. Perhaps a home invasion. Perhaps it is you walking through a tough neighborhood following a baseball game. Perhaps a country invaded by powerful USA military warriors who invade and light up your house. The issue is vulnerability. Has nothing to do with ridiculous codes of pride, strength, and self image. Survival has always required basic delicate, social skills. I would play safe to buy a few more seconds of time to calculate how to trade possessions or promises for survival.
Yeah but I had the UNDER in the NBA Finals in both games and I lasted all night!
What's it like to hate the country you live in by the way?
I for one would rather have Biggy Smalls and his posse knocking on my door at 3 am.....
