I think a lot of players pressure each other to get married, like it's a stigma and a bad thing to be the single guy on the team.

I remember reading a yankees article on how jeter and arod placed bets on when matsui's going to get married, and they were ragging on him because it took him so long to do it.

I read something similar that the reason A-Rod sucked his first year with the Yankees was because Jeter was taking him out every night trying to bang as many chicks as they could each week. <><>

i heard it used to be like a buffet, the lobbies of their hotels were crowded with groupies, and it was all you care to eat.

I really don't know how to find the statistics for it, but minus the rooks, I bet a large percentage of them are married. They could care less if they cheat on the wives with groupies, but as long as they have that married image, everything's a-ok in the clubhouse.

The only problem with that is you could become like Shawn Kemp and have a kid in every state. I would just get married and keep my dick in my pants until I got home to my wife. As bad as I would want to fuck other girls nothing good would come out of it besides getting her pregnant or the possibility of paparazzi catching you then your wife wanting a divorce and taking half.

Is being single an option....Definitely but then you have to make sure you pull out.
