Well, you were so close to having the best of both worlds with a Wisco cover but close Auburn W. Too bad Stave had to ruin it with some key 3rd/4th down plays down the stretch. Great game though, I'm sure you enjoyed.

Great game Steiner; wish we would have won but the cover was a nice elixir. Thanks for the recommendation on Bern's. We really enjoyed it. Heading to Fleming's this evening. Take care Steiner!

Do NOT mistake this with the original post by the gentlemen who continues to take his personal time to share with us the unbelievable tallies accumulated with his parlay cards. I, for one, personally appreciate the fact that this is posted every bowl season.

Thank you. You have no reason to do this - and yet we all benefit. That is sportsmanship in the world of sports betting.

Reason for my post...

I belong to two different pools annually and I consolidate their picks / player analysis weekly. I personally have moved forward with my career and my family life where I can no longer spend the hours I used to put forth handicapping games. But my vice is still strong – I love nothing more than betting large on Saturday. Therefore, I use the data provided by these two pools to identify top plays (by fading the masses) and every weekend, that is what I do. I have won more than I have lost, it's not fool-proof...public does win but less than 45% of the time.

Background...

Pool 1 is a pick 7 games (NFL and College) played by 100 players. The other pool is a pick 5 college and pick 5 NFL played by another 100 games (with confidence points assigned weekly, though I do not take confidence into account with this post).
With that said, I took the data provided by this poster and combined with the lop-sided picks of the aforementioned two pools. Do what you wish…I know what I plan to do.

Picks for FavPicks for Dog
cincinnati-2.5virginia tech 40 10
arizona st.-7.5duke 54 10
southern cal-7.0nebraska 78 11
oklahoma-3.5clemson 60 5
lsu-7.5notre dame 27 4
tcu-3.5mississippi 76 10
arizona-3.5boise st. 26 2

The parlay players didn't show their overwhelming support for LSU or Arizona in the original post, however they sure did in these two pools.

P.S. the two pools that i play in did not yet account for games past Wedensday, the 31st. I expect, without doubt, that Wisconsin will be an overwhelming need in these two pools...one of the biggest of the bowl season.

Good luck.

2 more winners here if you added ND and Boise St to the list.

7-3 with Oklahoma St left.
9-3 if you add the 2 games from Placinunits.

Thanks for the info guys, and please come back next year with your findings. This is the best Bowl system out there, puts the Sagarin system to shame (which took a horrendous beating this year).

Bump, as this should never fall to page 3. Let's close it out strong tonight, men. Win or lose, congrats on another fine year.

Biz, thank you for bumping and you're welcome on the post. Hopefully, these results helped some in our Rx Community make some money over the Holidays. Let's get the Cowboys tonight!

You're welcome Tosh. I think the National Championship Game will be a great UNDER bet. I have some opinions on NFL Wild Card Weekend but I'll post those in the NFL Forum. And Tampa was great; thank you. P.S....I might need to dry out for a week or two but a great time nonetheless.

272. Washington -6 (27-6). PLAY ON OKLAHOMA STATE +6. WIN ATS & ML 30-22

The cards went 8-3 ATS this bowl season with 6 out of the 8 Underdog winners winning straight up. The 3 year total on these bowl parlay cards stand at 25-10 ATS with 17 ML UNDERDOG STRAIGHT UP WINNERS. Next season I will make sure to emphasize a ML bet on each corresponding straight bet as this has proved to be very profitable (with the average ML Dog bringing back +155). I would like to thank all who stopped in this thread and a special thanks to PlacinUnits for his contribution of information; that was a great supplement to the card results. Steiner...you're the best..thanks for nudging me to post these once again and keeping the thread viable. I do like the UNDER in the National Championship Game as once yet again, there is so much love for the OVER yet time and time again, NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP Games In College Football go well Under the posted total. This year should be no different. I did have one winner on the cards this year...a 4 teamer for $20.00 (Utah, TX A&M, TCU, UGA)...a nice little 10-1 hit.

Thanks again to all who stopped by; hope you all had a profitable Bowl Season. Happy New Year to all!

Thanks so much for doing this!! Bad news is I didn't follow. Saw it 2 yrs ago and did not follow it, and last year I "monitored" it as it went 7-5. (Still a non losing year)
This yr I chose to follow the SOS angle instead of parlay card angle and we know how that turned out.
Ill be looking to live or die by the parlay card angle next year as I find these bowl games are becoming more and more exhibitions with teams and coaches not giving a rats ass...so why should I ? LOL

im im ready to be on the other side of square :)
GL the rest of the way!!

Btw, I think I've won the last few yrs in NC game going Under the total in either full game of 1H. GL to us!!

Lastly, do emphasize as a reminder for us old farts to play the ml on these games next year.

Doogie, thank you. I do believe this method is very effective and highly profitable and next year I'll make sure we have open discussion on how to maximize our profits with ML bet management during the bowl season. Thanks again. A&F
