:think2::think2: Not sure I understood this play , Seattle is 2-8 last 10 Washburn had started, not the kind of guy ya should be chasing imo. Hope Seattle gets you the $$$ I just did not see anything that would call for a play here.

I usually don't go by records of pitchers. I look how they actually performed in the games.

At home, Washburn has been solid ... hence the play.

People see 2-8 and think he has been awful ... but if you look at his numbers, he has been pretty good:
Here is his earned runs in his home games:
Angels - 2
Rays - 2
A's - 1
Angels - 6
Orioles - 1
Twins - 1

He had 1 bad game at home against the Angels.
Other than that ... his ERA at home is 1.40 (not counting Angels game).
