I'm a bit confused. Is the question "have dinner with" or "have for dinner?"

I can think of quite a few possibilities if it is the latter.

Peter Gammons, Harold Reynolds and Joe Morgan...what a wealth of knowledge that would be. I would have to think that Peter Gammons could be the most successful baseball bettor of all time! I bet he sneaks home with all his info and jumps online for a few overnight wagers!

Halle Berry. I would like to know what she was thinking when she fled from the scene of that accident she was in. Then I would like to see her ear some lobster tail.

I have news for you kid, just because someone knows so much about a sport, doesn't make them successful in gambling. I know many many friends who can name you every player in sports, including college, and are broke from gambling. The main hockey guy on TSN here is never right with his predictions. In gambling, I really believe the more you know, the less successful you are.. You don't have to know your sports to be successful at gambling. It's all about numbers, and knowing what good value is, and knowing when you see a weak line. How would Peter Gammons know if the Yankees are a good bet at -260, but not at -280? You have to know odds well, and I doubt Peter Gammons knows this stuff. Does good ol Peter know about shopping with 12 different books for the best price. Peter would go down fast if he gambled.

McIrish and Fishead. Multiple decades of sports wagering knowledge between them. Think I'll e-mail the Irishman cause come to think of it, this sounds like a good idea and we're only 40 or so minutes apart.
