Available women want to go out with you, they just are not aware of it. "Pretend" to be confident, charming and have money AND only ask them for coffee or something non-threatning. Be funny and stunned by them. Sell it like you mean it and you'll get results.

if i tried to talk to 100 girls that i was 100% attracted to just cold turkey...i think i would bat 0% ....I would have to continue to see them every now and then and somehow to get to know them before going out with them. I don't think I really ask a girl out on the initial confrontation ever. I'll ask for a phone # in most cases or maybe even an email or IM (well back in college).
I've noticed since I have graduated from maryland that the opportunities to actually meet girls are very low compared to what it is used to be. Now i need a little luck and i have to giddy up on my opportunities. I was always the type to be like 'if i see her again, i'll talk to her' and then the next day i would see her. now i can't do that!

Las Vegas was rated one of the worst places to be a single guy recently, something like 115 single men for every 100 single women. The national average is something like 92 single ment for every 100 women, so Bob your results were quite good! I used to live in the Silicon Valley area and it was worse there. Bottom line is that part of it depends on where you are at, but most people I know agree Midwest is the place to pick up women, in general they are more easy going and not as often after your money as out here in the West. Then again I got married and since then I probably met 3 women in the year since I got hitched that I would have hooked up with if I didn't take the plunge. Maybe that is the key, act married and you will weed out the women that want to make that deep connection with you and what will be left are the girls that just want the short bit of attention, among other things.
I'd imagine a few did think that....But the ones that did respond were flattered actually...And like I said , it works better if they an recall who you were....A few times I even left a picture

So there is not alot of good brothers out in los angeles , i can think back 15 years and only 2 girls said , know and one of the two said yes last year. I would say in the hood it more like i would say out of hundred about 15 will turn u down.

The grocery store route is hands-down the best way to go. You can tell by what's in a woman's shopping cart if she's married or living with someone, or has kids, so you get to eliminate alot of those needless rejections as well. And don't think for a second that us women aren't checking out your 'bachelor baskets' as someone said above.
I've been approached several times in the grocery store ... my favourite was from this guy (we'll call him Bob) who simply walked by me as I was reading a label on a box of something and said, 'that shit will kill you.' I was caught off guard so I laughed a little and off he went. Then I ran into him in another aisle as I was reading yet another label and he proceeded to tell me how excellent that thai sauce was with chicken and he had this recipe and would i want to try it sometime? He offered to email it to me (safe) and I was so impressed with how confident he seemed that I asked him to make it for me instead.

Funk - you're my hero for admitting that, some guys don't have the confidence to admit that 73 in a row turned them down.
Bob - "only requirement is if they are breathing". LOL. I'm much more picky than that, got to be 9 to 99 deaf, dumb or blind. ONLY. I make no exceptions if they don't fit into that category. Sure you cut down on the possible outs for trim but well worth it I am told.

I was 1-for-1 in the "note on a car" ploy...I was living in Phoenix...got done shopping and was putting my groceries in my car when this girl walked by...couldn't think of anything to say (though probably would not have worked)...I had seen her park her car, so I left a note flattering her by stating that "I was speechless" when she walked by (which was true) and that I wasn't sure which store she went in (which wasn't true, but didn't want to admit I was too shy to walk in and approach her). She was intrigued enough to call me. We hooked up a few times
but drifted apart pretty soon after (which was fine by me).
