For the first time in history, the Senate refuses to hold a trial on impeachment papers from the House. This is because they know it wouldn't be a Soviet-style show trial like they pulled twice with Trump and Mayorkas is guilty as sin. Demonrats didn't want to hear the evidence or more accurately, they didn't want Americans to see the evidence. They wouldn't allow any evidence proving Trump's innocence, like Trump's offer of thousands of National Guard troops on Jan 6. But the GOP WOULD have allowed Mayorkas to defend himself, because they are comfortable the evidence against him is massive and obvious. Mayorkas repeatedly went before Congress and lied through his teeth. He insisted the border was secure despite millions of illegal invaders flooding over our border in record numbers. Biden and Mayorkas didn't just open the borders, they aided and abetted the invasion. They gave money to treasonous NGOs to help the invaders. They enriched the drug cartels and their human trafficking divisions. The cartels have never been richer. They slaughtered Americans with fentanyl to the tune of 100,000 every year as treasonous Biden and Mayorkas gleefully approved. They undid every executive order Trump issued on the border, then turn around like the two-faced projecting sleazebags they are and blame Trump for the border crisis. There has NEVER in American history been an act of treason as heinous and obvious as this invasion.
