Have an advance poll were ID is required and paper ballots that way if you're on holiday or if you want to avoid lines you can vote in the advance poll. Boxes sealed signed by scrutineers from both parties
Have polling station at LTCH that way seniors are able to vote.
Only military personnel serving overseas are allowed mail-in ballots
Election day ID mandatory, paper ballots counted by hand, scrutineers from both parties sign the statement of the vote (finally tally) and voila NO MORE BULLSHIT!! Not that difficult!
