not that penatlies arent already tough. but these guys who make an extra 30k a year doing this seem to want it to stay illegal
Every local was jumping with joy when they overturned the Delaware decision, & I'm from Pa......its cause they knew once straight wagering became legal in Delaware, it was a matter of time for Pa, & we have quite a few casinos in Pa.
If it becomes legal, I figure the locals would lose about 50% of their business, & IMO, those same regulars they lost would still play from time to time because of credit & no taxes.
