Two teams come into this game a combined 33-1 with the only loss coming from Pittsburgh to Cinci 44-43 on the 17th of December.

Simply put, I love defense and Syracuse is one of the top defensive teams in the game. Coming down to the wire and with the game on the line, I love backing the defensive team. The Orange have held 5 straight teams under 60 points and overall, only allow 58.4 PPG which is 8th nationally.

The Orange have taken 2 of the last 3 against Pitt. Pitt is a good rebounding team but I think the Orange take it in the Carrier Dome by 7.
