The camera was zoomed in to get his reaction. He didn't jump up asking for the call like he and Brady and most QB's do. He had no fucking idea someone hit him in the helmet until he heard the call on the field. When I saw the flag I thought for sure it was going to be a holding call on the left guard that got beat. 4th and 18, fuck me. My only 2 4pm plays were the Eagles and under in Oak. You must have seen how that BS ended.

This is my first time ever responding to a thread. Just thought this was as good a time as any. Stu PLEASE keep doing what it is you do. You and a couple others are the reason I come to this forum, and I'd hate to see you leave. I am a newbie but I do understand a bad beat-wether its a backdoor or because of the refs, either way it SUCKS. Just know this-there are a ton of people who look forward to your plays. Win or Lose.

So at full speed the ref should have noticed it was a glancing blow as opposed to a knock out blow? He saw a hand hit his head.. called it. it was the right call.

The refs are a part of the game and make bad calls in every sport. I agree that I don't know how u can say it was fixed when the eagles still won the game. All qb's, not just manning, will always get the call especially now with all the emphasis on player safety. I agree that the refs made the right call, having to judge it at full speed, and its the rule.

Straight up naive to ignore the fact that had Philly got the ball at that point in time, Manning would have just gotten the ball one last time with about 2 minutes left against a true prevent defense. LOL if you think you're not getting backdoored there. Simply the best 2 min drill QB of all time shredding a prevent for an easy cover. If you're not up 11+ against Manning laying a FG and give him the ball with 2 minutes, forget about it.
