I know a couple folks from the forum (right and left) and it's been brought up a few times. Couple theories made sense.

Way back in 2003 when king George was all locked and loaded for Iraq a few of us had the temerity to come in to the political forum and ask why, just exactly, we were going to war with Iraq, you know like where was the proof he was a threat. Well I'll tell you at that time if you weren't waving the flag and goose stepping you were a traitor. And as such any and all invectives could be thrown at you.
Some of us said fuck it, ignorant assholes will be ignorant assholes. Doc took it personally and hasn't let up. I know he's annoying at times but you should thank bblight, pat patriot(or just patriot as he used to be known, what a joke)and jointpleasure among others for making him the guy he is.

I appreciate that he (and others) are bitter. My beef is not that he's juvenile and unoriginal (he finds funny photos/articles to post, but rarely pens any himself). My beef is with the obsession about padding his # of posts with stupid inane comments that throw threads off topic. Yes, we all have done it -- but nothing like this guy.

So of course, when he's asked for the courtesy of grouping into one thread a day all his photos he evokes images of hitler and nazis and then follows up with "this poster hangs out with this gay person" with the same "slip me your WMD bblight" type mundane comment.

I kind of laughed that my thread was moved to this room. However, if its a sign that they are going to start clamping down on non political topics, then I think thats a good thing.

I'm off to read the thread from Woof about stocks...we need a financial area of therx...oh wait...nevermind ;-)

I like you blue, don't agree with most of your positions, but I have never seen you resort to name calling. You are like me, intransigent on certain issues but willing to say to each his own and come back to do battle another day. You are one of the few gentlemen on this board.
We have lost all sense of decorum politically in this country and it was a direct result of the Clinton impeachment. Many people on the right even said that it was a bridge too far.
Now we are lied too on a daily basis, not about something so mundane as a bj but matters of real life and death. Our country is sinking in the muck and neither side wants to give an inch.
I truly fear for the future unless men of good will can come together and stop the madness.
