It's all part of the "gamble" -- first you have to win more than you lose, then you have to get it out. WSEX represented the last of my money offshore, and I have no plans to get back in anytime soon. The money is fine, but it's too much time and too much hassle (since 10/13/06 or whenever that law was passed) to make it worthwhile.
But to answer your question, would I go back to WSEX -- not a chance.

I will not play anywhere that can not pay in one week. I prefer to keep my money mainly in places that can pay in 3-4 days.
If you can't meet those deadlines, in my view there are better options.
I have a wait and see attitude on WSEX and Skybook at this point in time. I have no idea and no way of knowing which way they will go and they may turn out perfectly fine, but I won't be sitting here in 3 months wondering why I was so dumb not to notice the signs.
