ive gotta go with nevada here.... maryland just doesnt want to be in this game. We all know (hopefully) how talented kaepernick is, and he's the main reason nevada is averaging 6.2 ypc, 6.1 away from home. Maryland avgs a decent 4.1 ypc, but only 2.8 on the road. And to make things more difficult for the terps, Nevada's run defense has been amazing all season. They allow 2.6 ypc, and are still solid on the road allowing just 3.4 ypc. Maryland on the other hand allows 4.6 ypc on the road, which won't sit well against nevada's rushing attack. This will allow Nevada to control the ball, which is tragedy for the inconsistent terps. With an edge in T.O.P., Nevada can keep the ball out of the hands of the Maryland offense, whose only chance in this game seems to be through the air.

A lot of Nevada backers on this forum. I am on Maryland only because I am terrified of Nevada's defense or should I say lack of it. I have seen Nevada QB play, he is a spaz who is inaccurate and likes to run rather go through progressions in the passing game. Maryland has athletes and they should be able to contain him. Maryland should be able to throw at will on Nevada and Maryland QB scrappy. I can see why the line is moving, everyone thinks Maryland cannot stop the run and maybe they can't and if they don't Nevada wins, but I think they will be able to contain the run, get a lead and force Nevada QB to throw which will be a disaster.
