yeah i know...what a crock of shit..lesson learned...the only reason i got involved is because i wanted to let police know that it was no fault of this man...he was clearly unconscious before any impact with ladies car..

Not for anything, but I would have stopped too.

I have in the past for accidents. Wanted to see if there was anything I could do to help.




Unfortunately, you got put in a bad spot. I would tell them to look up the cell-phone records as you are "not sure" how long it took to respond. That is what happens when "everything is happening so fast". Sometimes with these things, a person "can't remember exactly"...................Get the picture???

yea man i see people die alot in traffic accidents

seen a guy in texas lay there in the road as everyone drove by at 4am not one person helped
