When Shaq played for the Lakers, I couldn't stand him. Being a Celtics fan his ability to just bowl people over on a drive and jam was so frustrating to watch.
NBA refs didn't know how to handle him.

Over the years, I've grown to really like him.

- He's a class act
- He's funny as hell (like on TNT)
- He gives back to the community
- He's a great role model
- He teaches respect for authority
- He's actually a humble guy

Everyone knows I can't stand LeBron. If LeBron over the years, matures and acts more like Shaq, I'd change my mind... I just don't see it happening.

Loved a story he told about how at a young age he was a bully. Then when he got suspended and in trouble by his dad he learned to channel that energy into being funny. Said during Kobe's funeral how he always wants to be remembered as the funny uncle to all of his teamates kids, (Kobe, DWade, etc). Makes a lot of sense when you see him these days. The dude is a straight clown on TV.
