If you think Iowa is bad, you should see what liberals and their entrenched parasitic bureaucracies are doing to to the once great state of California.

Imagine what kind of energy resources are waiting for us over the horizon off California's beaches -- far beyond what anyone can see from the shore-- where no serious exploration using new technology has been done for more than 30 years.

Anyhoo, just before Democrats took over Congress:

1) Consumer confidence stood at a 2 1/2 year high;
2) Regular gasoline sold for $2.19 a gallon;
3) The unemployment rate was 4.5%.

Since voting in a Democratic Congress in 2006, in a very short period of time we've seen:

1) Consumer confidence plummet;
2) The cost of regular gasoline soar to over $4 a gallon;
3) Unemployment is up to 5% (a 10% increase);
4) American households have seen $2.3 trillion in equity value evaporate (stock and mutual fund losses);
5) Americans have seen their home equity drop by $1.2 trillion dollars;
6) 1% of American homes are in foreclosure.

But hey, Pelosi-Reid and Co DID vote themselves a raise.

Americans voted for "change" -- and boy, did they get it!

But that's okay, pin your "hopes" on a Marxist for president and keep inflating those tires, America! I'm sure everything will be just fine. :ohno:

regardless if its the liberals fault or not

my fucking point is people voted how they did because they hate bush brand of republican they don't like neo cons

and in our two party system you only have one other option to go with and its not good either as they are now finding out

and will find out even more if they vote in obama yo mama (they obviously gonna have both house and senate easy)

Hey tizdoom, have you got 5 billion in spare change? Because that's about how much it would take to form a VIABLE third party. Call me when you're ready, k?

In the meantime, I'm voting for McCain and will wait for the good people of Israel to vote in the hawks so we can finally bomb the shit out of Iran and crack open the global oil market even wider than Bush did in Iraq!

Neocons rock! :103631605

fucking jim leach in iowa was in office from 1977-2007

they put up some adds showing jim leach side by side with bush with an old lady saying i voted for jim leach everytime in the past but this time i can't or something along those lines

so they vote in this liberal scum we now got

the neo cons aren't wanted joe live with it

but than again i suppose once the liberals go and fuck everything up and people get pissed off

the neo cons...many that are now in hiding can reemerge and take back over after the libbies fuck up/piss off the public

and then they can fuck up/piss off the public

rise, wash, repeat.....

You guys have lost track of the thread - the point is that there is most likely vast amounts of oil still undiscovered in Iraq, Saudi Arabia, iran and elsewhere, and that oil is not now nor will it be in short supply for decades, if ever. I know it sucks that the goddamn arabs have most of it, but the fact is we dont have to worry about running out of it.

Tizdoom doing his thing, working his sell, sell, sell fuck the Fed & the economy is doomed chit into another thread. :103631605

Did you mention that oil went down because of a worldwide recession in this thread?

Never has anything to do with supply and demand, even though economic strength and the price of oil has had somewhat of an inverse relationship over the last couple of years.

"uhhh, how many times do I have to tell ya"

never has to do with supply and demand?

do you know basic economics

growth aka more consumption is inflationary by nature

recessions aka less consumption is deflationary by nature

we needed the rest of the world to start showing consumption declines to get oil to fall to some time for the contagion to spread

even china is starting to see exports flatten out

anywho i'm a broken record at this point i'll probably give up soon as its starting to get old since you and the joe types obviously have your own agendas

As a matter of fact, I DO have an "agenda"...

KICK THE LOONY LEFT OUT OF WASHINGTON!

And right now, like it or not, the Republican party is the ONLY organized group that can do that.

Not the bloggers, not the media, not your fictitious gold standard pamphlets, not some insignificant third party...ONLY REPUBLICANS.

Tizdoom, the day you and your ilk start slaying LIBERALS more than "neo-cons" is the day you'll start to see the kind of "change" you're always preaching about.

Do "I know economics"?

Tiz, economics is a thousand times more complicated than your rather simpleton theory, and the markets have eaten up and spit out many brilliant men that thought they had it figured out.

Back on topic, just talk about new reserves crashes the price of oil, nothing changed in any economic outlook in the last few weeks, nothing.

MARK L CONTRARIAN proclaims:

In the meantime, I'm voting for McCain

SH: Once again, the Canadian Mark lies his ass off. Only American citizens are permitted to cast votes for POTUS.

When your bipolar meds kick in tonight and you start to smooth out and are able to sustain a boner, beat your meat to the imaginary scenario of you being American.

tizdoom, I obviously don't think you're a simpleton, but your blaming everything and anything on the Fed and the deficit is.
