You do realize that if any decent statistician looked at the past winners of the last 20 years, they could find similarities of the winners and easily make up a list like this? People get a little too excited with trends. Ask that Texas Tech team yesterday if they care about a trend or the relevance of what some team did 20 years ago. Hell, most of the players don't even stay in school more than one or two years. About the only thing you can look at is a coach if he's been at a school for awhile, but they don't play (and as Willie pointed out, Izzo doesn't exactly have a lot of titles).
