Maybe, but they still went to Seattle and won which most people didn't think would happen. It was a great win for the Cowboys. If y'all are mad at that fact I can't help you.
I'll admit, I didn't think it could happen. Congrats to the Cowboys.
Do you think it was more Dallas playing well, or Seattle playing poorly?
I think it was a little of both. I don't think Seattle showed up
Dallas had 2 turnovers within the Dallas 15 yard line which resulted to Seattle 14 points. Dallas TOP 37:39 minutes to Seattle 22:21. They controlled the game in Seattle which not many teams do.
It was 1 game. The point of this thread is that for years I read comment after comment of posters slamming the Cowboys in the "I love it when the Cowboys lose" thread. And rightfully so. But this thread is my take on the Cowboys presently. They are good. I've watched them melt down year after year so it's refreshing. Nothing more.
I hear ya.
One of the first things I said was "congrats".
I watched a lot of that game, I have my opinion, I was just curious about yours is all.
Oh ok Mike. This hasn't been a popular thread so I didn't know where you were coming from. Honestly, yes, I think they played that good. I think the Defense is legit and we have the # 1 rusher in the NFL. I also heard the commentator say that Dan Bailey is the most accurate kicker in NFL History. All good things. We controlled the time of possession and prevailed after giving up 2 turnovers in the hardest stadium to play in against the defending Super Bowl Champs. That's my opinion.
It was sincere. Your team hasn't given you much to cheer about in recent history so I'm happy for you. I was just curious about your take on it. I think I will fade them on thier next game though. They may be due for a letdown
As far as Chop goes, I know he can take it.
I still can't get over the defense.
They lost both of their best defensive players from one of the top 5 worst D's in NFL history from last season and now they have one of the best D's in 2014.
The Saints went from worst in history in 12 to 4th in 13 but they made a bunch of upgrades.
Dallas did not do any upgrades. As a matter of fact they lost their 2 best players and totally turned it around.
The offense does not surprise me one bit.
