If they finish as the 9 seed and everything stays in place.. Then I believe they would need to win 2 of 3 from New Orleans then win 2 of 3 from the loser of Wolves/Clippers play in. Think that’s the way it works.

If that’s the case, then those odds would have to be around like 25% or so??

I'm guessing they are not counting if they make the "play in" tournament to see who gets to be the 7th and 8th seeds in each conference, but counting if they make it out of the "play-in."
They are 3 games ahead of Portland who is 11th right now. Don’t see Portland catching them with their current roster situation. But you never know I guess. The Lakers suck.

I would say 35%, pelicans/clippers are pretty rough and AD should be back by April 12th

Not sure on Zion/kawhi but wouldn’t count on it

Game 1: 7/8 play each other for the 7 seed

Game 2: 9/10 play each other, winner is alive and loser eliminated

Game 3: G1 loser vs. G2 winner for the 8 seed

So Lakers will need to win 2 straight.

They're not gonna fall below 10, though decent chance they fall to 10. Portland is actively tanking.

You'd think that if the Lakers have to go New Orleans that it would light a fire under AD to play well, but it won't......cuz it's AD.

And that's assuming he doesn't get injured AGAIN this year, which is a bold assumption

Los Angeles Lakers' woes continue in OT loss to Western Conference-worst Houston Rockets

LeDouche. 1-9 for 3's , and 5
Sandwiched this game with two 50+ performances

No one in NBA history has two 50+ plus games at his age. He just did notched 2 in 1 week

Might win the scoring title in year 19. Incredible

Officially leads the league in scoring…..in year 19. Incredible

Could’ve won 10 scoring titles if he wanted but not his game

I'm not a Lebron fan. I'm a Jordan is the GOAT guy. But I'm objective. Gotta give credit will credit is due. What Lebron has done is incredible.

People talking about that cheater/overrated clown Brady who doesn't even do anything athletic and barely gets touched with the offensive lines he's enjoyed. Yet people praise how old he is and still playing football LOL.

In Lebron James case, given his age and more importantly the mileage playing this game of basketball....you have to give it up to him.

Year 19. It indeed is incredible. Pesteringzit just has penis/wallet envy lol. That's all it is.

Jordan on Washington

No. 2 : The game following the 51 point performance, Jordan scored 45 on N.J. In 39 minutes, Jordan had 10 rebounds, seven assists, and three steals.

No. 1 : Jordan's best game as a Wizard is often overlooked. He scored 21 points and added four rebounds, five assists, two steals, and one block...IN ONLY 21 MINUTES!!!

In these 23 games, he averaged 32.2 points per game, 6.5 rebounds per game, 5.7 assists per game, and 1.6 steals per game! The Wizards won 19 and lost four (82.6 percent wins)! Jordan shot 50.5 percent from the field!

Even as he aged, Jordan proved he was the greatest player ever. Eat your hearts out, Kobe and LeBron!

Lakers' defensive rating was it's worst last year with LeBitch on the floor.

Lol his best game was 21 points in 21 minutes with a handful of other stats??? ThTs nothing

What did Jordan average for the year points/assists/rebounds? 22.9/5.2/5.7
Jordan had 51 points and 45 points back to back with Washington. Brick plays in an era when you don't get hit. Jordan played all 82 games with Washington 1 year and 8 times with the Bulls.

When you play point forward, your stats will be inflated. Add that to playing no defense and you can throw out the stats.

When you play point forward? How does that mean you're gonna average 30 in year 19 with 8 reb/6 assists on 52.2% shooting with a dogshit team that can't space the floor around him?
