I’m a diehard Cavs fan and I follow them very closely. Some good points about their length. I’m obviously thrilled with how they’ve played. I’ve seen you supporting them given their ATS run and hope you’re cashing in (I try to avoid betting on my teams as much as possible so I’m kind of pissed I haven’t played them much)

But they are not championship contenders because of the void at SF. LeBron absolutely would take them to a new level, both in terms of talent and championship pedigree. Markannen is the weak point of the squad IMO (even though he hasn’t been horrible by any means.

I’ve anticipated them to be a 4-6 seed the whole time, and think they could be a problem in the playoffs when healthy. LeBron has a history of elevating so-so teams in the playoffs so I don’t really care what their records is. This felt like a 45-50 win team at the beginning of the season

But I no longer trust that they can stay healthy at this point , which is where I was dead wrong.

Well, that's funny. Because I told you (and others told you) one of the big reasons we didn't buy into the Lakers was the age of the team combined with health history of key players. We knew that. Yet you and ESPN slobbered all over the offseason moves anyway.

The other concern was team chemistry. All 3 of those concerns mentioned were enough to not buy stock in this old team.

At least you finally figured it out. I'll give you 1/2 credit for that.
