Hotmail (MSN), and Yahoo are both readily available through out Central America. EM is free from both providers.

Thanks ibfm. I replied. Let's see how this progresses with the gaming board first, but I appreciate the offer. Keep in touch.

got this from lizzy

Mr.

These are the steps you need to follow according to the Gaming Control Board of Panamá Regulation, when it comes to a dispute with a gambling site in Panamá.

Obligation of Immediate Payment

If a gambler wins a prize for participating in a System for Electronic Communication Games, the Administrator/Operator shall pay the same to the Account of the Gambler immediately at the end of the event.

Claim of Prizes.

The gambler shall claim prizes, before the Administrator/Operator within thirty (30) days after the end of the game or the wagering activity. When the claim is filed, the Administrator/Operator shall solve the claim filed in a period of ten (10) days. If the gambler is not satisfied with the decision of the Administrator/Operator, he shall have ten (10) business days to request the Director to review the decision adopted by the Administrator/Operator. The Administrator/Operator and the gambler shall submit the Director all the facts of the controversy in order for its resolution.

Claim before the Director.

If the Administrator/Operator does not answer the claim filed by the gambler, within 10 business days, the latter, without a decision, shall file his claim before the Director within a term of 10 business days, as of the expiration of the term granted to the Administrator/Operator to resolve the claim.

Performance of the Director.

The Director shall adopt a decision within thirty (30) days after receipt of the claim from the gambler. Unfulfillment by the Administrator/Operator of the decision of the Director shall be considered an inconvenient operation method

I have asked that we try and waive any 10 days and get to the heart ASAP. I think we have met the prerequisite to waive the 10 days.

Thought the same thing Sub. Many people didn't place Super Bowl bets with Panam or stop playing there period more than a month ago. Saw ac**** the street Clevfan gave Scotty kudos for the "inside info" but if true the timing of his help would seem suspect. Good job General with your efforts and in the future before making claims of something being the second coming, do this type of research first

DE NIRO,

I sincerely wish I had the means to travel there myself and mediate this issue with any commission. This whole episode is painful to me.

Great suggestion General. If Shrink can go there to help sell Panam you would think he could go there or pay for General to go there and mediate for all the players at the RX.

I personally think a good lawyer with Panamanian law experience would be needed. Getting a player's rep might sound nice, but on something like this I think they would just say "thanks for coming, but we do things our way here".

I talked to Lizzy Rose today. She said to write an complaint email to PanAm and CC it to her at
lrose@mef.gob.pa.
I suggest everyone do this.
Maybe this will help us all get paid.
