personally think it sounds better in spanish the anthem has really gotten stale except when marvin gaye sang it so many years ago. lou rawls and oc smith had good renditions as well.

Judge: That's because in CR there isn't a fast growing problem with illegal immigrants moving there. Besides, this is the US and they should have no problem listening to the national anthem in english. I wouldn't go down to Mexico and expect everybody down there to start playing everything in english for me since I didn't know how to speak spanish. The whole idea is just crazy imo.
