I just heard American Idol last season will be next year

I was a big fan the first several years but since Simon left it's never been the same with cheezy judges.

Also i think it would have worked better if they had the show every TWO years instead of every year so new talent had a chance to develop...

Simon made American Idol. No, seriously, Simon Fuller is the program creator of American Idol(small joke). I thoroughly enjoyed American Idol when Simon Cowell was involved, however, I enjoyed X Factor U.S., with Simon even more. I found that the auditions not having to be acoustic, along with performing in front of a large audience was much more appealing to me. Simons shoe's can never be replaced.
