I honestly thought this was going to be a PO69 thread.

Before I hurt my knee a few years back, I had done 405 for 4 reps on a couple of occasions. Haven't tried anything near that in years.

420 was the most I ever did but that was a couple years ago when I was 40lbs heavier and doing a powerlifeting type workout. Have'nt maxed out since but I doubt if I could come anywere near that I've turned into a pussy with my 10 rep workouts.
