The problem with audibles is that not everyone on the field is as smart as Manning so combine the crowd noise, the other 10 guys intelligence levels that allow them to understand the audible and make the right adjustments to what the other team has left themselves open to and what do you get - INTERCEPTIONS and a huge breakdown that hurts the team - very selfish player looking for ways to throw the ball and pad his stats for contract time - rather then grinding out a win....
