by the bye about the faces...fwiw w/o the faces in rock history what would the who have done w/o kenny jones behind the kit...some of the late 70's who, was a rockin period of the group...how about the stones w/o ronnie wood...who woulda replaced mick taylor and how would they have sounded?....would we have the black crowes?....or the whole alt-country sound of the jayhawks, wilco, son volt, replacements, etc...?faces were and i feel will always be an unheralded piece of music history along side 'the band'...they don't get the mention of the obvious but deserve as much credit as anyone....ps...if u don;t have it..pick up ronnie woods..'i've got my own album to do'.....it's an absolute masterpiece...mick and keith show up on a few songs....i believe it was the album he did in the mid 70's after the faces quit and b4 he joined the stones full-time
