WU is full of "it" if they believe for one min. that the offshore business is only 2%. Thats just a load of "crap". There is no way they can track what is going in and out of sportsbooks! And of cousre they want to down play it, they are not stupid. I put put my left bullock its easily 10%, what a bunch of BS, 2%-lol!
