It sounded to me like Oly followed their posted rules and their definition of what constitutes the "start" of the race & the wager...it is a different definition than the Euro books and the strict interpretation should be a refund...I don't have a problem with the decision...
However, planet is right about the other items...they are catering more & more towards squares, and I have a very difficult time finding a worthwhile number there...but to each his own...
