Well, you get an automatic 2 hrs just for showing up. Of course if you're there longer you get more. Also, if you work days or evenings then they just have your show up time during your working hours.
They started handing out discipline for officers missing court a few years back, that's why I was saying don't expect the officers here not to show up. It still happens of course, but not nearly as often.
